OXLEY PARK – UPDATE

Oxley Park is a unique residential development that is close to everything, making it easy for everyone. Port Macquarie beaches are only 7km away, Port Macquarie CBD 5km, Port Macquarie Base Hospital 1km and Lake Innes Shopping Village 400m.

The initial stage of Oxley Park has been completed and the first houses are expected to commence in June, 2010. Stage 2 and 3 will commence in May for an expected commencement of house construction by the end of 2010.

The response has been overwhelming for the initial stages of Oxley Park. Already the 37 lots on offer have been sold. As such we are looking to bring the release of Stage 3 forward to try and meet the demand to be a part of this exciting new estate. Stage 3 availability and pricing is expected to be released by the end of April.

Land can be purchased by itself or a house and land package can be prepared for you by our partner builder G.J. Gardner Homes. G.J.
